NRG is the vision of one woman, Andreea Rizan. Born in Romania and now living in Dubai, Andreea founded NRG at the encouragement of her existing personal fitness clients. Without their encouragement and support NRG would not be the international brand that it is today. NRG Members will tell you that only with NRG do you always feel as though you're part of something - and that's what keeps them on their path to achieving their own personal goals. Our NRG Members know that whether they're training individually or part of a group, all of our NRG Trainers recognise that this is a very personal journey and give everyone the focus, encouragement and personal support they need to succeed.
